Police officers were reportedly called to address a domestic disturbance at a house in western Sweden, but they quickly realized the commotion was caused by a couple putting together IKEA furniture, according to a TheLocal.se article via the Swedish tabloid Expressen.

The assembly process reportedly woke up the family’s infant, who started screaming around 1 a.m. last Friday morning, freaking out neighbors and prompting them to call authorities. As The Local.se joked, “It remains unclear if the baby was simply crying in need of attention, or whether it too was frustrated by the complexity of the Ikea instructions.”
