Sounds like a great way to spread mono, among other things.

Cards Against Humanity — the self-proclaimed “party game for horrible people” that’s essentially a politically incorrect version of Apples to Apples — has debuted “Clusterfuck!” a card game revolving around hookups and threesomes that is not safe for your work holiday party.

According to a choice excerpt from the instruction manual for the set, downloadable online and conceived by independent designers Zach Gage and Doug Wilson in collaboration with Cards Against Humanity:

First, players go around the table and pass each other sexy notes. Once each player has passed notes, everyone closes their eyes and points to the people they want to hook up with with one or both hands.

Then everyone opens their eyes. If two players are exclusively pointing to each other, they score, and each gets one point. If three players are all pointing to one another and forming a threesome they each get three points for their feat of sexual teamwork. The first player to get three or more points wins the game. A successful threesome immediately ends the game, just like Quidditch.

Cards Against Humanity, which started as a $4,000 Kickstarter project created by “eight nerdy 20-somethings,” has reportedly generated $12 million in revenue since 2011 and boasts 1.5 million PDF downloads, according to a Chicago Grid profile of the company in May.

The designers demonstrate “Clusterfuck!” in the video above, including how the optional Chlamydia card works. Practice safe party games, everyone.
