A Louisiana man dressed up as Buddy the Elf had a few too many Christmas spirits and was arrested for driving drunk on Sunday. And the mugshot photo is just as depressing as you thought it would.
According to the police report, 34-year-old Brandon Touchet was pulled over for driving 60mph in a 40mph zone, and it wasn’t because he was hopped up on spaghetti, syrup, and snowcaps. “Upon contact with the defendant it was learned that there was a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath as he spoke, his eyes were blood shot, his speech was slurred, and he was swaying from side to side as he stood.”
Buddy, nooooooo!
