Michigan elementary schooler Colin was afraid he wouldn’t have anybody to celebrate his 11th birthday with. “When I asked him if he wanted a party for his birthday, he said there wasn’t a point because he has no friends,” his mom Jennifer wrote last week on a Facebook page she created to celebrate Colin’s birthday.
Now, with more than 60,000 likes on his page, Colin has a whole lot of friends to celebrate with.
Jennifer also set up a P.O. Box where people can mail in birthday cards and letters to brighten up Colin’s b-day:
Jennifer plans to present the page to Colin on March 9th, his 11th birthday. Let’s hope he doesn’t know how to use Facebook himself, or else there goes that surprise.
