Stephanie Arndt didn’t mean to get a new roommate. But when Hurrican Xaver hit northern Germany in December, Arndt took in a temporary refuge from the weather who ended up sticking around: a 3-year-old Arabian horse named Nasar. Arndt, who was the horse’s owner to begin with (no equine-napping occurred) saw that her animal grew accustomed to life indoors and decided to let Nasar stay in her home in Holt, Germany.
