Coffee lover and blogger Ryoko of I Love Coffee created the below infographic, which shows the different calorie counts for popular Starbucks beverages. It also compares those calorie counts with popular junk foods, like McDonald’s fries and Skittles.

Think we’ll stick to plain black coffee from now on.

16 oz of milk is 240 calories. Saying that drinking a cup of milk, steamed or otherwise, is the same as eating french fries or pizza is misleading. And anyone "counting calories" should already know to say made with non-fat to cut off 70 cal.

And, by the way, coffee does have 5 calories. While low, it's not exactly "caffeinated air"

Great infographic! I really like how you compare the different Starbucks drinks to typical junk food. The comparison shows viewers that Starbucks coffee drinks can be just as bad for you as the junk food you try not to eat. For how successful Starbucks is I find it shocking that some of their drinks have so many calories.

I thought green tea was supposed to be 'the healthy alternative'. But then again, this is Starbucks we're talking about.
