Have you ever seen a youngster have more fun with the material that presents are wrapped in than the actual present itself? This week, the blog Mommy Shorts profiled Cincinnati photographer Angie Keiser and her four-year-old daughter, nicknamed Mayhem, who make elaborate dresses out of gift bags, wrapping paper, tissue paper, and construction paper and post portraits of the child sporting the final product on the Instagram feed @2sisters_angie.
The designs are inspired by movies, books and field trips. And moms don’t have to be sewing experts or style gurus to do this activity with their daughters, Keiser told Mommy Shorts: “Cutting and taping paper is about all we do.”
