Apparently the cop who can pepper spray peaceful college students can pepper spray everything else as well.
Pepper spray find itself in the same force category as a baton or taser. Was it really necessary for police to spray the non-violent protesters at UC Davis?
Videos shot at the scene show a policeman walking up to the protesters, pulling out his can of pepper spray to display to the crowd, and liberally sweeping the protesters with the stinging substance.
