Flight attendants, prepare for criticism to take off.

LHR News is British Airways’ biweekly publication for employees at London Heathrow airport. The AP reports that a recent issue of the magazine displayed a picture containing boarding pass in the name of Osama bin Laden.

“A mistake was made and we are working to find out how this occurred. Apologies for the error,” said British Airways via Twitter.

The gaffe comes at a rough point for British Airways. MarketWatch reported on Thursday that the company suffered an 11.5% drop in passenger traffic for the month of May. One potential reason: a slew of recent crew strikes have disrupted service.
