Wade Strains Hamstring in First Preseason Game With LeBron

So, NBA fans, you’ve been waiting for this day for a while. All you’ve heard about all summer is LeBron, Wade and Bosh. Now it’s the first preseason game, time to see what they can do and – oh, Good Lord, Wade pulled a hammy three minutes into it.

Three minutes and seventeen seconds into it, as a matter of fact. Dwyane Wade left the game with a strained hamstring in the Miami Heat’s exhibition opener against the Detroit Pistons. Maybe all that hate the Heat received the entire summer manifested itself and struck down Wade’s thigh. Either way, Wade did not return to the game and it’s unlikely when he’ll return.
