Seems like trouble has found the Internet’s latest sensation.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Ted Williams, who shot to fame last week after a video of his perfect-for-radio “golden voice” went viral, was detained on Monday night by the Los Angeles Police Department.

Reportedly, the police were called to the Renaissance Hotel on a disturbance call and both Williams and one of his family members (sources suggested it was his daughter) were detained. They’ve since been released, though an investigation is ongoing.

Williams’ rapid rise to fame has already led to job offers and appearances on radio and television programs and he was reportedly in L.A. for an appearance on Entertainment Tonight.  (via Los Angeles Times)
