Another Assassination: Pakistani Minister Gunned Down

Shabaz Bhatti, a Christian who opposed the country’s blasphemy laws, was shot and killed in Islamabad on Wednesday morning. It was the second such killing this year.

A Taliban spokesman said Bhatti’s killing was “a message” to those who oppose Pakistan’s blasphemy laws, reports CNN.
