Perez Hilton has accumulated quite the list of descriptors over the past few years: snarky gossip; cyber-bully; troublemaker. But now he can add a new one to the list: children’s author.

That’s right, the prolific celebrity blogger has written a children’s book called The Boy With Pink Hair, about a little boy who’s excluded because he was born with shockingly pink hair. In a press release for the book, Hilton comments that the “story is about every kid that’s ever had a dream, felt excluded, wanted to belong, and hoped that one day they could do what they loved and make a difference.”

Yes, the book, due out in September, sounds like it has a lovely message for children (acceptance is great!), but you’ll have to forgive NewsFeed for being a bit skeptical about the messenger of this particular message. If memory serves us correctly, didn’t Hilton rise to fame partially due to his fondness for picking on various celebrities? (via CBS)
