She’s making the transition from upper class to royal class seamlessly, dahling.

This morning Buckingham Palace confirmed that Kate Middleton will spend the evening of April 28 in the luxurious Goring Hotel at 15 Beeston Place. That’s a mere 15-minute drive to Westminster Abbey, and an even shorter five-minute walk to the Victoria train station—in case Kate gets cold feet.

According to the Sun newspaper, the bride-to-be will stay in the hotel’s most opulent suite—a top-floor penthouse which recently underwent a $245,000 renovation for its V.I.P. guest. It comes with all the trappings you’d expect: a grand piano, multiple big-screen TVs and two en-suite bathrooms. But it also has plenty of quirkier amenities to make sure Kate’s last night as a single woman is a memorable one. The smaller bathroom boasts the “Venerable”—an original Thomas Crapper toilet—while the master bathroom features a walk-in shower with an oil painting hanging behind a glass screen. And, just in case Kate has forgotten the long history of the institution into which she is marrying, a prototype of Queen Victoria’s 1840 wedding dress hangs eerily in the wardrobe.

Officials also released a more detailed timetable of the wedding day itself. From 8:15 a.m., guests will begin arriving at the Great North Door of Westminster Abbey. Dignitaries and other European monarchs will make their way in from 10 a.m. The groom and Prince Harry—his best man—depart Clarence House, Prince Charles’ residence, at 10:10 a.m., and will arrive at the Abbey five minutes later. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip leave Buckingham Palace at 10:40 a.m.

During all of this, a team of stylists will be at the hotel perfecting Kate’s look and helping her into her wedding dress. When they’re done, her father Michael will escort Kate downstairs, where the two will depart for the wedding at precisely at 10:48 a.m. NewsFeed anticipates that the father-of-the-bride will need some tissues by 11 a.m.—the moment Kate heads down the aisle.
