A 1999 Columbine High School yearbook is being sold on an auction site, and is currently going for more than $700.
The yearbook, which was printed before the April 1999 shootings, offers a now-haunting tableau of Columbine life pre-massacre. Photos of assailants Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris, the two senior students who killed 12 peers and one teacher before killing themselves, portray the infamous duo as typical boys next door. The pages and inscriptions written inside to the owner of the yearbook, Sarah Bay, make no mention of the shooting rampage.

The massacre occurred at Columbine High School in Columbine, Colo., and remains one of the deadliest incidents of its kind.
At the time of this writing, the highest bid for the yearbook was $732. The auction ends Thursday.
Auction site Nate and Sanders describes the item as “an important memorial to the victims of the Columbine Massacre, as it depicts a vibrant community not destroyed by violence but rather filled with promise and compassion.”
