Lindsay Lohan arrives for her probation violation hearing at the Airport Courthouse on November 2, 2011 in Los Angeles, California

It’s back to the slammer again for troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan.

After admittingĀ on Wednesday that she violated the terms of her probation by being terminated from her community service assignment, Lohan was handed a sentence of 30 days in jail, starting on November 9. It will be the fifth time that the actress has been put behind bars.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear that she wasn’t going to tolerate any lenience of the law this time around, and imposed a strict schedule for Lohan to complete her community service. The actress will now have to complete all her community service at the L.A. County Morgue by March 29, or she will be forced to serve an additional 270 days in jail.

Additionally, the judge ordered that Lohan continue to seek help through psychological counseling.

Lohan’s probation was revoked nearly two weeks ago when the court discovered that she was not in compliance with her probation stemming from a theft case in May. At the time, Lohan was ordered to perform community service at a women’s shelter, but was terminated after failing to show up nine times.

Since her court appearance two weeks ago, where she was placed under arrest and had to be freed on $100,000 bail, it’s reported that the actress has been showing up for her community service at the morgue. (She also reportedly found the time to bare all for a Playboy shoot just last week.)
