Jo Paterno lives an accessible and public life in State College. His home, located in a residential area near the school (really, just a few blocks from Beaver Stadium), is known by many and a frequent attraction for campus visitors. In the past, students have even broken down the goalposts at the stadium and laid them on the lawn of Paterno’s home to show appreciation for a big win.
