Tim was voted America’s Most Desirable Celebrity Neighbor for 2012, according to the annual Zillow Celebrity Neighbor Survey—that puts him above the Jolie-Pitts and Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux. Fan sites like Tebowzone.com have posted good-humored reasons for the man’s awesomeness, including, “Superman wears Tim Tebow pajamas,” “When Google can’t find something, it asks Tim Tebow for help,” and “When Tim Tebow was a child, he made his mother finish his vegetables.” After all, who wouldn’t want some of that magic on their block?
