Plot: It must have been the night for body doubles. Zooey finds an ideal doppelganger in Abby Elliott, who adopts the crushing cuteness of the actress, filling the time of a pseudo-talk show with ukulele-strumming, yarn-knitting and a number of her equally eccentric friends. Mary-Kate Olsen, Bjork and Michael Cera (played by Taran Killian with a falsetto voice higher and more crackling than any of the women on the show) join Zooey in the 1950s for their own brand of fun, though it’s unclear if anyone in the real world shares it with them.
Best Line: “I’ve adopted the posture and gait of my 90-year-old grandmother.”
