A man reportedly suffered a heart attack while eating the “Triple Bypass Burger” at the Heart Attack Grill, a hospital-themed restaurant in Las Vegas with the slogan “Taste worth dying for!”

Menu items at the restaurant, which moved last October from Chandler, Ariz. to Las Vegas, include “Butterfat Shakes,” lard-fried “Flatliner Fries” and even the “Quadruple Bypass Burger.” Company policy allows all customers over 350 pounds to dine for free. Female servers, or “nurses,” take “prescriptions” (orders) from “patients” (customers.) The name of the “patient” who suffered the heart attack has not been released, but he is alive and recovering, CNN reports. The incident comes one year after the Heart Attack Grill’s spokesperson died from pneumonia.

A waitress (or “nurse”) told FOX5 Las Vegas that the man, who is in his 40s, began sweating, shaking and experiencing chest pains while at the restaurant. The restaurant’s founder, “Doctor” Jon Basso, said he initially thought the medical emergency was a joke, but called 911 shortly thereafter. EMTs removed the man from the establishment.

“Anyone with an ounce of compassion would’ve felt for him,” Basso told FOX5. However, given the very premise of the restaurant and its wink-nudge marketing to promote unhealthy food, NewsFeed predicts that the compassion for the Heart Attack Grill will be in short supply.
