Actor Nick Stahl, most notably known for his role as John Connor in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, was reported missing by his wife, the Los Angeles police department said.
Spokesman Richard French told the Los Angeles Times that Stahl’s wife Rose Murphy reported him missing around 10 a.m. on Monday. Murphy last saw her husband on May 9. French said foul play is not suspected at this time.
According to the Times, the couple have been separated since January. Murphy requested that Stahl have limited visitations with their 2-year-old daughter, Marlo.
Police officers are reportedly looking for Stahl in the city’s Skid Row, an area he has reportedly been frequenting. Stahl’s wife is reportedly concerned over his alleged drug abuse, having demanded as part of the visitation request that he pass a drug test within 24 hours before seeing his daughter, according to KTLA-TV.
Stahl first found fame as a child star in the 1993 film The Man Without a Face. In addition to Terminator 3, his adult career has included the 2003–05 HBO series Carnivàle and Mirrors 2 in 2010.
