Today at 4:00 pm (EST), TIME hosts its first Google Hangout On Air with Jose Antonio Vargas, the author of this week’s cover story, “We Are Americans.”

Vargas, a self-described “undocumented American”, has received strong reactions from readers online — particularly after President Obama announced the day after TIME’s story that the government would stop the deportation of some 800,000 young immigrants.

Joining Vargas will be TIME’s Associate Social Media Editor Amy Lombard, as well as Roy Naim, Gaby Pacheco, Tatevik Keshishyan and Renata Teodoro — four people who came out as undocumented immigrants in this week’s issue.
