And you thought stepping on lettuce was bad? Mere weeks after 4chan users tracked down an anonymous Burger King employee for defiling food, former Taco Bell employee Cameron Jankowski conspicuously bragged about his alleged indiscretion on Twitter, incurring the wrath of another Internet community.

Jankowski, who worked at a Fort Wayne, Ind., Taco Bell, allegedly tweeted a picture of him peeing into what he said was a plate of nachos that would have been thrown out anyway. Visible in the background was a mop closet of the Taco Bell he said he worked at. After learning of the incident (hardly private for very long), Taco Bell officials fired Jankowski. He’s since deactivated his Twitter account, but because of retweets and screenshots, his alleged desecration of the Nachos BellGrande platter continues to be shared.

The random act of grossness was not without purpose. Jankowski, who claims he already had another job lined up, addressed his tweet to Hunter Moore of Is Anyone Up?, claiming he would pee on anything. “[T]here are no laws saying what you can and cannot [urinate] upon,” he allegedly tweeted. Taco Bell, understandably, didn’t share the same viewpoint.

The taco chain, for their part, is taking the issue very seriously. Spokeswoman Amy Kavanaugh, vice president of public affairs for Taco Bell, released a statement saying that they planned to deep-clean the restaurant and retrain the employees at the Fort Wayne franchise, even potentially shutting down the location temporarily, according to Indiana’s NewsCenter.

Online group Anonymous created a now-deleted YouTube video that included screenshots of personal information and tweets that Jankowski allegedly posted related to the incident after he shamelessly broadcast his inappropriate behavior.

As Jankowski’s now-defunct Twitter account proves, Taco Bell is probably better off without him. Jankowski’s supposed actions pretty much defy justification, but Taco Bell provided this statement just to ensure their proper distance from the grotesque prankster:

“Nothing is more important than the safety of our customers and team members. We have strict food handling procedures and zero tolerance for any violations. As soon as we learned of the situation, we immediately investigated and found the photo was an ill-conceived prank and the food was never served to customers. We find this prank absolutely unacceptable, and we plan to terminate anyone involved and work with authorities to pursue legal action.”

The Allen County Health Department, local police and Taco Bell are all investigating the case further.
