The Canadian Border Patrol found pumpkins in a traveler’s luggage stuffed with something other than candy on Thursday.
Scanning equipment discovered the hallowed (or hollowed) surprises in a woman’s luggage at the Trudeau International Airport in Montreal, CNN reports. The gourds were found stuffed with 4.4 pounds of a powdery substance authorities believe is cocaine.
A border agency spokeswoman wasn’t able to confirm whether or not the woman was a Canadian citizen. No word on whether the jacked-o-lanterns are headed to rehab. We can only hope.
