In case you don’t recognize her without her signature tongue sticking out, yes, that’s Miley Cyrus.
The controversial star, whose VMA performance brought twerking to the national stage, appeared at the MTV European Music Awards in Amsterdam on Sunday, and she didn’t disappoint.
Miley walked the red carpet in knee-high checkered boots and a dress with a plunging neckline and a plea for peace. The backless, lace-up frock had images of deceased rappers Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace and Tupac “2Pac” Shakur, with the words, “Please Stop Violence” across the front and back of her mini-dress.
The awards show airs Sunday at 7 p.m. ET on MTV. Bring your foam finger.
