Kelly Clarkson isn’t just really good at singing and being pregnant. She also, we now know, is really good at creating terribly awkward Christmas cards. On Tuesday, the 31-year-old American Idol winner shared a photo on Twitter of herself, her new husband Brandon Blackstock, his two children from a previous marriage, and their two dogs:
It’s unclear, however, if Clarkson and her family are merely wrapped up in decorations for fun, or if Santa has tied them up and is holding them hostage. Or possibly holding onto some kind of explosive device, powered by Christmas lights, that will destroy them should they try and escape.
And that’s what makes the photo truly awkward.
