In the northern Pakistani city of Peshawar, packages of fake Viagra bear the face of President Barack Obama, “a symbol of power and virility,” according to AFP video. The report also features another America-themed package that is red-white-and-blue and says “America Superman.”

The news agency reports that knockoffs of Viagra — which is banned— are being smuggled in from Afghanistan, and some versions cost the equivalent of $1 for four tablets.
