First Lady Michelle Obama will make a cameo on the hour-long finale for the sixth season of NBC’s Parks and Recreation, The Hollywood Reporter reports.
Vice President Joe Biden and U.S. Senators John McCain (R-AZ), Barbara Boxer (D-CA), and Olympia Snowe (formerly R-ME) have also made appearances on the hit show, which stars Amy Poehler.
Obama and Poehler appeared in Miami together Tuesday at the most recent Let’s Move initiative event to encourage children to consume healthier snacks and participate in more physical activities after school on a regular basis. “We are best friends,” the Golden Globe-winning actress said as she introduced the First Lady at the event. “I’m coming over to your house. I want you to cook me something to eat…lean meats, whole grains, vegetables, you may have heard.”
The episode will air on Apr. 24 at 8:00 p.m.
