A cancer patient’s 14-year-old son stomped “Hi Mom God Bless U” in the snow on the roof of an adjacent parking lot to cheer up his mom who was undergoing chemotherapy at Rush Medical Center in Chicago over the weekend.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports Sharon Hart, 48, who has recently been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, got a call from her son Will telling her to look out the window, and when she saw the message, she “proceeded to blow him kisses and wave at him.”
Similarly, patients at St. Cloud Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota, saw the words “Love” and the peace sign carved into the snow on the frozen Mississippi River, WCCO reported earlier this week. A nurse has seen people in snowshoes spelling out kind words in the white stuff for weeks, according to a post on WCCO This Morning’s Facebook page.
ABC Chicago says that Hart’s message was eventually plowed to make room, but the gesture is unforgettable.
