Want to live among Team Coco? Well, you can at least live where they work.
That’s because you’ll be sharing the same air as Conan O’Brien, Andy Richter and LaBamba, with their proudly touted “40 ton industrial air conditioning system.” Of course, that’s not the only perk of the Burbank, Calif. rental, which is up for grabs on Airbnb between October 10 and 13.
The place for rent is described as “cozy and charming,” an interesting choice of words considering the studio is of the television variety, not the cramped single-room apartment we New Yorkers associate with such a word. Space will be hardly an issue, as the studio consumes over 25,000 square feet.

But that’s not saying you’ll be living in luxury. The accommodations might be just as uncomfortable as an East Village studio. O’Brien’s listing explains the only sleeping arrangements are a couch – the one on the main stage that’s hosted hundreds of guests throughout his show’s run – and a potentially broken, sad-looking air mattress. Want to shower? Prepare to share it with the nightly band. The upside: you’ll have an intern to boss around during your stay. And the price can’t be beat, at $1 per night.
We have every reason to believe that the Conan staff is dead serious about their rental. (After all, this is very likely an advertisement for both parties.) Sounds like as good a place as any to stay while visiting Los Angeles.
