In the wake of an alleged bottle-throwing melee at NYC club W.i.P. between Drake and Chris Brown and their entourages on June 14, a celebrity boxing promoter is campaigning for a rematch. Damon Feldman has offered the musicians $1 million each to duke it out in the ring.

No stranger to the world of celebrity boxing (he put Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael, in a ring with Rodney King) Feldman knows how to get Hollywood on the ropes. To sweeten the pot — and undoubtedly tempt Chris Brown’s publicist — Feldman says that he will donate $1 million to a charity that helps abused women if the fight takes place. Brown is on probation until 2014 after pleading guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend, R&B singer Rihanna, on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards.

There was some speculation that the brawl between the two superstars was fueled by an ongoing fight over Rihanna, whom both men have dated. A source close to Brown has since told CNN that the confrontation was not about her, but that hasn’t stopped Feldman from asking the chart-topping Barbadian chanteuse to be a ring girl at the bout. “I’m 99.9% sure she’ll say no. But I can guarantee you, if the fight happens, she will be watching,” Feldman was quoted as saying by CNN.

Feldman has reportedly not heard back from either performer’s camp, yet, but the speculation of a match between the two has people already choosing sides. “I would take Chris,” rapper 50 Cent told California radio station KMEL last week. “I guess it’s cause of all the physical things I see him doing with dancing and moving. He be slipping and moving. I don’t see Drake doing that. Chris be having his shirt off. He got one of them MMA fighter looks. Like he might have did karate when he was a kid. He’s kicking, doing splits and stuff. This could really get interesting.”
