He’s not copping to his more famous accused crimes, but he did plead guilty to landing a plane illegally.

Colton Harris-Moore, 19, dubbed the “Barefoot Bandit” due to his alleged penchant to remove his shoes before stealing, pleaded guilty to illegal landing of a plane on Tuesday. The penalty for the charge is a $300 fine or three months in jail, followed by deportation. The U.S. embassy says it will pay the fee, and Harris-Moore is expected to be deported to the United States soon.

Harris-Moore was caught over the weekend after being spotted stealing food from a restaurant in the Bahamas. He had been on the run for two years and gained infamy on the Internet.

Bahamian authorities say he will face other charges there, including possession of illegal weapons. In Washington state, he faces charges relating to the theft of an aircraft, and police also believe he stole an airplane in Indiana and flew it to the Bahamas.
