Patrick House weighed in at 400 pounds when the season started. But by last night’s final weigh-in, the 28-year old had shed 181 pounds and walked away as the Biggest Loser.

It’s been a remarkable turnaround. Prior to the show, House lost his job as a sales representative and feared that he would die early—and miss out on seeing his two sons, aged two and four, grow up.
“I’ve changed the future of my life with my family,” he said Tuesday night. “I’m going to be around a lot longer for them.”

Needless to say, the Mississippi native won’t be spending his $250,000 prize money on Big Macs.
