Plot: The hyperactive French dancers take on The Artist when Jean Dujardin (a few years past jeune, alas) shows up to lighten the mood. A quick tap on the jukebox and the color drains from the screen. We’re taking this back to the 1920s. Their lengthy tap dance is striking in its choreography and exuberance, though a man in high heels and Joan of Arc’s spontaneous drop-in keep it real.
Best Line: Take this one on its technical merit. After all, there are no words.
