Hu Jia, human-rights activist, on the video revealing the abuse that blind former government prisoner Chen Guangcheng and his family endured under house arrest. The Chinese dissident sparked a diplomatic crisis in April when he fled to the U.S. embassy in Beijing and attempted to seek asylum. A deal brokered by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton allowed Guangcheng to study at New York University as a visiting scholar.
